She was really really nice about it, took the time for me to feel comfortable, and distracted me whilst performing the procedure. She explained everything carefully professionally and step by step so I would be aware of everything I needed to know. Couldn't have gotten a better experience of the procedure! Thank you! By the way receptionist was very nice and polite as well!
